The Women's Business Center of the Local Development Corporation of East New York is a five-year public private partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA) on behalf of New York City entrepreneurs.

The New York Business Assistance Center offers programs and counseling for men and women who are thinking about starting a business or who already have a business

Our mission is to build the wealth and health of the Brooklyn Community through sustainable women's Entrepreneurship.

We address the unique issues women face in starting and growing businesses. We provide education, advocacy and mentoring to current and aspiring women business owners to help them start up and expand their businesses, with special emphasis on underserved African-American and Latina women in Brooklyn.
