course where participants will set a plan for achieving home ownership, entrepreneurship
or education.
Participants will learn disciplines related to credit, bookkeeping,
budgeting, financial packaging and investing.
Those who are employed full or part-time and make $14,400 or below may
become eligible for the savings match program sponsored by Citibank.
